Description
Magnifying a group of pipe clubs or pin mushrooms that underpin the woodland floor. The real mushrooms have a very short life. Echoing the progress of the fruiting mycelium. From left to right- a) ‘Morning’ shows the fungi stretching up in the morning, b) ‘Noon’, Reveals the fungi sporing, c) ‘Night’, Depicts the fungi imploding at the end of its life to be reabsorbed and enrich the undergrowth. My fungi are somewhat more giant and permanent than the tiny real ones.
